The platform seems to be betting on change, enticing ordinary people to use this feature as social media users become more and more interested in individual and private ways of communicating.

If you want to try it for yourself, click the “+” button to share on Instagram and then scroll to live. At the top of your screen, something like “Share with followers” ​​will appear with a down arrow. Click that, choose “Close Friends,” and start recording to go live.
